I was also diagnosed this summer: May 2009. Mammogram was normal in April...felt a lump. tumour showed up only on ultrasound! Mammogram still no show! Had a biopsy and came back postive! I had surgery June 29 and have started chemo since aug. 10.…

Just starting the long road...

Hello all,My name is Janie and I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer on July 27, 2009. Just the beginning, I'm trying to be positive about the whole thing. I didn't choose this road but I'm going down it anyway, might as well look at it as an experience. Funny though, I'm not afraid just confused. I had a Level 1 Mammogram in December that was perfect.
